The amazing animations you can create so easily after you got the Custom Controls all setup! The Skateboarding scene is done purely with sine & cosine waves and no manual keyframes! It can easily be tweaked for a total different look. And of course if you want more unique motions, you can still utilize manual keyframes to create skateboard tricks.

 

Tug’n War (available to Perk 2 Members)

After showing you how to create Custom Controls for the Skateboard scene, I take the knowledge up a notch and we create the Tug’n War scene. The Tug’n War scene is a little big different because there are two Erik' rigs and in the provided HIP project file for Perk 2 Members, you’ll see a few tricks I use in the node network to create the Custom Controls.
